What are the shipping costs?

What should I do if I receive a damaged shipment?

Unfortunately, it can happen that your order gets damaged during delivery. As a customer, this is, of course, not your responsibility. In such cases, please contact our customer service immediately. Don’t forget to attach photos of the damage to your email.

When can I expect my order?

To keep our prices as low as possible for you, Lauzari ships products directly from the manufacturer or supplier to you. Therefore, delivery may take a little longer than you are used to. It takes approximately 1-2 business days for your order to be successfully processed. The average delivery time is about 7-9 business days in Israel.

The estimated delivery time has passed. Where is my order?

In most cases, orders are delivered on time. Unfortunately, delays can sometimes occur. If you still haven’t received your order 3 days after the expected delivery date, please send us an email. We’ll be happy to assist you!
