Unfortunately, it can happen that your order gets damaged during delivery. As a customer, this is, of course, not your responsibility. In such cases, please contact our customer service immediately. Don’t forget to attach photos of the damage to your email.

To keep our prices as low as possible for you, Lauzari ships products directly from the manufacturer or supplier to you. Therefore, delivery may take a little longer than you are used to. It takes approximately 1-2 business days for your order to be successfully processed. The average delivery time is about 10-15 business days to the UK and Ireland.
